To update data on a host with data stored on the Rocbit 1, just pull out the cable, plug it in and let the bundled Synchronization software take over. For security-sensitive users, the Rocbit 1 encrypted protects your non-public data from thieves and hackers with Enova X-Wall XO-64 encryption ASIC. Unlike software-based encryption solutions, the Rocbit hardware based security offers Real-Time encryption and decryption of every bit and byte stored on the Rocbit. Combined with the Secure Key, a physical key that contains the "Secret key" necessary for encryption and decryption operations, the Rocbit provides unsurpassed security for your sensitive data. The hard drive must be partitioned and formatted using the Secure Key the first time the hard drive is used. When complete all the data stored on the hard drive is associated with the unique Secure Key.
