The new 2 port eSATA PCI-Express host adapter provides 2 eSATA ports for connecting 3.5" SATA external hard drives or RAID systems.

The new 2-port eSATA PCI-Express host card offers a simple upgrade solution for system with PCI-Express card slot but without internal SATA connector. When the PCI Express card is installed in the motherboard the port bracket provides two eSATA ports for connecting external hard drives with ports or RAID systems.

The PCI Express host adapters support a single-lane 2.5GB/s PCI Express bus and the SATA II transfer rate of up to 3.0 GB/s and delivering dramatic speed increases over USB 2.0 and FireWire.
